The car we rented was absolutely perfect. We were given a Golf with automatic transmission, which turned out to be ideal because Albania is very mountainous or hilly, and the automatic transmission made driving much easier and less stressful. The car was in good condition, both inside and out.
What stood out the most were the agents or representatives, who were all young, polite, and extremely helpful. They provided us with excellent service, offering the best possible deal both in terms of the car itself and the value for money. If we return to Albania, we will definitely choose them again!
